Crystal Healing Helps Leg Cramps

For many years, more than I like to remember, I suffered greatly from leg cramps during the night. Sometimes when I had a very bad cramp I was not able to walk properly for up to 3 days afterwards. If you suffer from leg cramps you will know the incredible pain they bring with them.

Then I learned crystal healing. I found such benefit from it that I taught my husband too. 

Sharing the Healing

Now I had an ulterior motive to teach him - I wanted him to do the crystal healing on me when I had these cramps because when I had the cramps I was in so much pain that I could not do the healing on myself. I still had the cramps just as badly but after using the crystals for the healing, the next morning I could walk as normal as soon as my feet touched the ground.

Gradually, gradually, my body strengthened and, along with the crystals and many other types of healing and natural remedies, the cramps went away for good.

Amethyst
Amethyst is a quartz crystal. It is in the same family of crystals as Clear Quartz crystal. Real amethyst crystals do not grow as big as clear quartz crystals therefore it is more difficult to find large crystals of these.

Chakras
The amethyst crystal resonates with the brow chakra and crown chakra. These chakras are centred in the middle of the forehead and the top of the head.

Chakras are centres of energy unseen by us. It is in these areas that energy comes in and goes out of our body. These areas may become unbalanced. We know that they are unbalanced when we have pains in our body.

Chakras are a bit like the wind. We cannot see the wind but we know it is there by what happens when it is present. The wind can be a soft gentle breeze or the powerful energy of a cyclone or hurricane. It can blow in one direction or seem to gust and swirl in many directions unable to make up its mind about which way to blow.

However, when we have a pain in an area of our body, the unbalanced area is not always directly there. It may be referred from another chakra centre.

For example cramps in the legs may be treated at the Solar Plexus, the energy in the centre of the body in the stomach or middle of the waist area. Headaches can also be treated in this area. It depends on each and every person which energy centre of their body is unbalanced at that time.

Crystal Healing
To give yourself a lovely crystal healing, put on some soft, beautiful, calming music, lie on your bed or the floor. Place an amethyst crystal on your forehead and a clear quartz crystal on the solar plexus, the centre of your waist. Close your eyes and drift off into Quiet Land for as long as you have time. This is a very soothing and healing experience.

To incorporate other healing modalities, you can put a drop of My Heartsong Survival Essence on your forehead before you place the crystal there. When you have finished your healing experience, place another couple of drops of this Survival Essence on your crystal. It is a great cleanser for your crystal.

Aromatherapy
You could also place some lavender oil on your forehead before placing the crystal there. Apply the lavender oil with your finger. Do not hold the bottle above your forehead to let a drop fall from it. You do not want lavender oil or any other aromatherapy oils getting in your eyes.

Amethyst crystals can vary in shade from light to dark purple. Amethyst is probably my favourite crystal. I love its purple colour.

What is an Elixir?

Crystal essences, in a way, are similar to flower essences, only they are made from crystals instead of flowers. 

Definition:

The definition of 'elixir' from the Oxford dictionary is 'a magical or medicinal potion' or 'a particular type of medicinal solution'.

Crystal elixirs work more closely with the physical level than the flower essences which work on the emotional level.

Clear quartz elixir is a great healer. It strengthens the body.

How to take Crystal Elixirs

A few drops can be taken under the tongue 3 or 4 times a day as it strengthens the body. Clear quartz elixir can be combined with flower essences as it magnifies the other essences.

The elixir can also be added to your washing machine when you put on a load of washing. It is absorbed by the clothing which then holds this extra strength in its fibres and protects us each time we wear it.

The energy of crystals is very delicate yet strong. It cannot be seen and most people cannot feel the energy of crystals. Just because you do not feel the energy does not mean it does not exist.

Can you see electricity? Does electricity not exist just because you cannot see it? Can you see the wind? No, we cannot see the wind but we kinow it exists because of its effects. I and many others know that crystal energy exists because of its effects.

I have had a lot of experience with crystals for 25 years or more. I can tell you that the things I have seen happen to people and the things I have felt myself during a crystal healing are incredible.

My Heartsong Survival Remedy Essence is a synergy of flower and crystal energy. Flower Essences are connected to Physics

The Relationship of Flower Essences to Physics

This is my explanation of how flower essences and physics are related.

Every physical thing in the world vibrates. The cells in all things move or vibrate. These vibrations are so minute that we do not see it happening. The cells in our body are moving and vibrating all the the time. When they cease, we stop being alive.

We cannot see this happening but nevertheless, it happens. Lots of things happen in life that we cannot see or feel or hear, yet they happen. Scientists have now proven that water can hold energy.

Another type of science that is only in its infancy is nanotechnology. This is a science of extremely minute objects, smaller than was ever thought possible until very recent times.

Flower Essences and Homeopathy come into this field of energy. They are such minute forms of energy that scientists are now only slowly beginning to develop the machines to be able to measure this.

Just because we don't know about something does not mean that it is not in existence.

Shake the bottle of Flower Essence Before taking

The energy of flowers is held in the water. On some level in our being we accept this. To stimulate this energy, shake the bottle vigorously a few times or bang it on the palm of your hand before you take the drops. This stimulates the energy and gets it moving again.

The same shaking, stimulating or succussion should also happen before we take Crystal Elixirs or Homepathy. The science behind all these medicines is the same. The substance the energy is in needs stimulation to make it work more effectively.

The Sacral Chakra

The chakra are energy centres in our body. There are seven major energy centres located inside the body along the spine.

The Sacral chakra is the second chakra. The colour orange is attributed to this centre.

The Sacral centre affects the reproductive area of the body. It is centred in from the navel and about five centimetres (two inches) below the navel.

Crystals

Orange crystals aid this area. Carnelian is a lovely deep orange crystal that benefits this area.

Carnelian, worn in the navel can have a beneficial effect on women if they are having period pain.

Orange Food

Orange can be found in some flowers, in the sunset, in bushfires and also in some food like oranges, carrots, pumpkin and sweet potato. To strengthen this area, eat these orange foods. Apricots and peaches and mango are fruits that can be eaten in this colour range. All these foods are gluten free foods.

Colour

Orange is a warm colour. It is made up of red and yellow. In art it is known as a complementary colour. The colour it compliments is blue. Blue is the colour of the Throat chakra. The throat chakra and the Sacral chakra are connected.

Burnt orange or terracotta is sometimes worn by women in winter. This makes sense as it is a warming colour. Apricot is the pastel shade of orange.

Orange Flowers

This colour flower can also be found in the garden. An old fashioned flower is the nasturtium. Its bright orange flowers bring life to the garden bed. Other orange flowers are strelitzia, Iceland poppies, knifophia, arctosis and geum. Having these in your garden is a great way to introduce the colour into your life. Plants with orange flowers are usually very hardy and do well in the heat.
